Our Story
The Bu Deli story began in 2015 with an exciting family shift to a plant-based diet and an unwillingness to compromise on flavour and the foods we love.
As restaurant and cafe owners, passionate bakers, and enthusiasts of croissants and all things butter, we aimed to develop a product that would perform well and, importantly, taste as good as dairy butter while aligning with our values.

We love to celebrate life, we want to enrich life with beautiful food and beautiful moments. So much happens in the shared preparation of food and when you sit down at the table with loved ones.
Our mission is to create as many of these moments as possible, while also raising awareness of the positive impact that comes with choosing high-quality plant ingredients.
